Friday Night Meditation -
Yoga Sol is excited to bring meditation to Carson City every Friday night. Various forms of meditation will be presented in our classes offered every week.
For example, Radiance Pranava Meditation taught by Jenn Andrews is a highly personalized practice and one that is designed to honor the unique life of every student. What YOU love becomes the basis, the starting point and the foundation of your meditation practice. This instinctual style of meditation embraces and accepts your unique desires and longing for the richness of life. Here we are on a path of intimacy and our meditation is our loving attention to the Self. Radiance Pranava Meditation is based on years of study with Camille Maureen and Dr. Lorin Roche.
You can also practice Yoga Nidra, Metta Meditation and Yoga Mala Meditation that is being taught at Yoga Sol. A meditation class is a wonderful way to end the work week and the various styles of meditation being offered will help you find which is your most favorite practice style.
