The Sanskrit word “Yoga” means union, or the bending and integration of the body, mind and inner spirit.  The core of yoga’s philosophy is that everything is supplied from within the individual, and through yoga’s integrative system, we can bring together all aspects of your truest Self. There are many different styles of yoga available at Yoga Sol.  Some styles are more vigorous and fast paced while others follow a slower sequence and are far gentler in movement.  All styles of yoga have transformative benefits, so evaluating your personal needs will help point you in the right direction.
